Welcome to Mi Legasi. By accessing or purchasing products, courses, programs, coaching, or other services offered through Mi Legasi, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Our Programs and Services

Mi Legasi provides educational resources, courses, workshops, coaching, and other resources focused on bilingual parenting, language learning, and family education.

Our content is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, speech-language, legal, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for determining what information and strategies are appropriate for your family and your child.

2. Confident Bilingual Parenting Program

Confident Bilingual Parenting is a three-month guided coaching program designed to help parents develop a flexible and sustainable approach to raising bilingual children.

Your three-month program includes:

• Access to the Confident Bilingual Parenting course for 3 months
• Access to the Digital Workbook
• Access to the Bilingual Resources Directory
• Access to FAQs and Case Studies
• Twice-monthly live group coaching calls
• Access to the private program community during the three-month program

Your program access begins on the date of enrollment and continues for three months.

Course and coaching access included in the program ends at the conclusion of the three-month program period, unless otherwise stated by Mi Legasi.

3. Resources You Keep After the Program

At the end of your three-month program period, you will retain access to the resources specifically designated as yours to keep, including:

• Your Digital Workbook
• Bilingual Resources Directory
• FAQs and Case Studies

You may also join the free Mi Legasi Facebook community for ongoing support and connection after your paid program ends.

4. Live Coaching

Live coaching calls are designed to provide educational guidance, discussion, reflection, and support related to bilingual parenting.

Coaching is a collaborative experience. Mi Legasi does not guarantee any particular outcome for you or your child.

If you are unable to attend a live coaching call, a recording may be provided when available. Mi Legasi reserves the right to change, reschedule, or modify coaching sessions when necessary.

5. Community Participation

Participants are expected to contribute to the private community in a respectful and supportive manner.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another participant
• Share another participant's personal information without permission
• Share private conversations or coaching discussions outside the community without permission
• Use the community to promote unrelated products or services
• Post content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate

Mi Legasi reserves the right to remove content or restrict or terminate community access when these guidelines are violated.

6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All Mi Legasi course materials, videos, workbooks, worksheets, graphics, written content, frameworks, and other educational materials are owned by or licensed to Mi Legasi unless otherwise stated.

Your enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own personal educational purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell Mi Legasi course materials
• Share your account or login credentials with another person
• Upload or distribute course materials to another website, platform, or group
• Use Mi Legasi materials to create a competing course, program, or product

You are welcome to use the strategies and ideas you learn in the program in your own parenting and family life.

7. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments associated with your enrollment.

Selecting a payment plan does not change the total program price or shorten your payment obligation.

If a payment is unsuccessful, Mi Legasi may restrict access to the program until the payment issue is resolved.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases of the Confident Bilingual Parenting program are final. Mi Legasi does not offer refunds or cancellations after enrollment.

This policy applies whether you have paid the program fee in full or selected a payment plan.

If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments associated with your enrollment, even if you choose not to participate in the program or attend the live coaching sessions.

9. No Guarantees

Every family and child is different. While Mi Legasi provides education, tools, coaching, and resources designed to support bilingual parenting, we cannot guarantee a particular language outcome, level of fluency, or timeline for your child.

Your child's language development is influenced by many factors, including exposure, interaction, environment, development, individual differences, and family circumstances.

10. Privacy

Your use of Mi Legasi services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

11. Changes to the Program

Mi Legasi may occasionally update program materials, schedules, resources, or other program features in order to improve the experience.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to enrolled participants.

12. Changes to These Terms

Mi Legasi may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
